Bookkeeping & Account Reconciliations

Accurate and timely transactions entry and classification. Bank and credit card reconciliations done monthly to ensure your accounting records match the bank. You can sleep better at night knowing all your transactions are properly recorded, and nothing is duplicated or missed.

Revenue & Sales Tax Reporting

The state wants its money too. Businesses need to report their revenue and remit any sales tax collected to the state. We can take care of that for you, so you don't have to.

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable & 1099s

Bills are stressing you out? Let us deal with them. We will set up your suppliers, enter all the bills, and can even pay them for you, so you have one less thing to worry about.

You have contractors? We prepare 1099-NECs at year-end.

You are not sure if things have been done right? Our diagnostic assessment digs into your books to assess their health and uncovers what needs to be addressed (if anything).

Financial Performance Reports Explained

You want to know how your business is doing? At the end of each month we will send you a Profit & Loss and a Balance Sheet Statement, so you know how your business did and where it stands. You don't know what the numbers mean? We would be happy to walk you through them and explain in a way that is easy to understand.

We can also create customized reports that fit your needs, so you get the information you need in a way that is meaningful and useful to you.

Payroll Processing & Payroll Reporting

Let us take care of the hustle of payroll. We will set up your employees and make sure they are paid on time, every time. We will calculate their gross and net pay, taking the appropriate deductions and taxes.

At the end of each quarter and year we will file your reports with the state, IRS, and Social Security Administration.

*Your business is required to have an active QBO or a third-party payroll service subscription.
